A very warm welcome to Samagra Health!
I’m Ritu, a yoga instructor and holistic health coach originally from India and now based in Scotland. Being an Indian, I have grown up on traditional wisdom which stood the test of time and I apply that into our modern lives to stay aligned with nature and our true self. My journey began with a desire to bring balance and harmony into my own life and now I am committed to helping others achieve the same.

I consider myself privileged to come from the land of yoga. It is a holistic practice, addressing the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga not only works on physical health, but its regular practice brings mental peace and emotional stability ensuring that every aspect of your well-being is nurtured.

Health Coaching

The concept of health coaching resonated with me over a decade ago during my PhD research. I realised the need for personalised, holistic care beyond the brief interactions patients had with busy physicians. Witnessing this gap motivated me to pursue health coaching, enabling me to provide the comprehensive support people need for sustainable lifestyle changes.

Why Samagra?

Samagra, meaning ‘holistic’ in Sanskrit (an ancient Indian language) embodies my approach. Health is a balance of physical, mental, social, and environmental well-being. My goal is to empower you with sustainable changes by integrating the traditional wisdom of yoga with modern coaching practices, helping you achieve your full health potential.
